Mission Complete
I did it! I finally found what I was looking for. Albertville never seems to fail me. I was hoping for something with a little more color but at least it's not solid and paired with a bright tank it'll work just fine. SC here I come!

AH! Yay! There is nothing like completing a mission. Every time you wear that skirt you'll think "Yessssss I win!" Haha. It'd be cute with a long looped necklace, too. You could use a bright coral or turquoise one to add some color! Just a thought :)
